一、基本情况介绍

1. 团队介绍

呼吸与危重症医学科。是国家临床重点专科建设项目单位、全国呼吸与危重症医学科(PCCM)评审三级医院优秀单位、全国间质性肺疾病规范诊疗中心建设优秀单位、全国呼吸与危重症医学科规范化建设专培基地、山东省临床重点专科、山东省精品特色专科、山东省医药卫生重点学科、山东省高校重点实验室、山东省医药卫生重点实验室、山东省泰山学者设岗学科、山东省高校对接产业类协同创新中心、山东省第一批获得呼吸内镜三-四级手术资质、山东省高校黄大年式教师团队、山东省优秀研究生导学团队。科室现拥有医教研人员60余人,其中二级教授3人,享受国务院特殊津贴专家3人,多人享有全国先进工作者、山东省有突出贡献的中青年专家、山东省优秀科技工作者等荣誉。

团队坚持基础研究与临床研究相结合,组建多学科交叉的科研平台,集中优势资源开展原创性、突破性研究,培养了一批呼吸病学高层次人才,巩固并提升呼吸与危重症医学科在全省和国内学术地位,促进全省呼吸系统疾病研究实现新突破。以临床难题为切入点,形成了间质性肺疾病的基础与临床、急性呼吸窘迫综合征的发病机理与临床等成熟的研究方向。研究成果获批山东省科技进步二等奖3项;主持国家重点研发计划(973 项目)子课题1项、科技部国际科技合作专项1项、国家自然科学基金项目29项、省重点研发项目及省自然等近30项;在Chem Soc RevIF: 54.564)、AutophagyIF:16.016)、Molecular TherapyIF:11.454)等杂志发表SCI收录论文130余篇。

2. 团队负责人介绍

吕长俊,二级教授,博士生导师,国务院特殊津贴专家、全国卫生系统先进工作者、全国医德标兵、卫生部优秀青年科技人才、山东省优秀科技工作者。参与制定《特发性肺纤维化诊断和治疗中国专家共识》、《中国肺结节病诊断和治疗专家共识》。获得山东省科技进步二等奖3项;获批肺纤维化的国家自然科学基金4项;在Chem Soc RevIF: 54.564)等发表SCI论文130余篇,累计影响因子450多分。

宋晓冬,二级教授,博士生导师,国务院特殊津贴专家,山东省有突出贡献的中青年专家,山东省高等学校优秀中青年骨干教师,山东省优秀研究生指导教师,美国Fox Chase Cancer Center 访问学者。获批资助肺纤维化的国家自然科学基金5项,获得山东省科技进步二等奖1项,在AutophagyIF:16.016)、Molecular TherapyIF:11.454)、等杂志上发表SCI收录论文100余篇,累计影响因子200多分;20202篇论文被评为全国呼吸领域高水平论文。

王晓芝,二级教授,主任医师,博士生导师,享受国务院特殊津贴,中国医师协会危重病医学医师分会委员,山东省医学会呼吸分会副主任委员。先后荣获山东省优秀医务工作者山东省优秀科技工作者(三等功)等称号。已发表SCI论文20篇余篇。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,山东省自然科学基金面上项目及其他厅局级课题20余项,获省级以上的科技奖励4项。

3. 团队骨干介绍

李洪波,中共党员,医学博士,主任医师,硕士研究生导师,滨州医学院附属医院呼吸与危重症医学科副主任。全国先进工作者,中国好医生,全国文明家庭,山东好人”2020十大年度人物,山东省医学会呼吸病学分会第八届委员会委员等。主持参与国家自然科学基金5项,山东省自然科学基金2项,山东省重点研发计划1项,获山东省科学技术进步奖,二等奖2项。发表SCI收录论文8篇。

张瑾锦,教授,硕士研究生导师。主要研究方向为肺纤维化疾病相关基础研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目一项、山东省自然科学基金青年项目1项、山东省重点研发计划1项。获山东省科技进步二等奖2项;山东省高等学校优秀科研成果三等奖1项。以第一位或通讯作者发表SCI论文12篇,总IF90余分。

纪云霞,教授,理学博士,硕士研究生导师。主要从事环境污染物的吸入毒性研究、特发性肺纤维化发生的机制和药物干预作用研究。作为项目负责人主持国家自然基金青年基金1项、山东省高等学校青创团队1项、博士启动基金1项,参与国家自然基金青年基金4项。以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文11篇,累计影响因子90余分。

原兴龙,中共党员,理学博士,主要从事于蛋白质与药物分子间弱相互作用,及荧光成像领域的研究。基于非传统弱相互作用,实现一系列化学官能团的活化,提出了一系列新的催化模式,简洁高效合成二氢呋喃类衍生物与茚类衍生物。参与国家自然科学基金两项,在SCI学术期刊上发表论文,其中一篇以Frontispiece形式作为Hot paper发表在Top期刊Angew C hem Int Ed.上并且Highlighted by Synform

蒋梦琪,中共党员,医学博士,滨州医学院医学遗传与细胞生物学教研室讲师。获2016“外研社杯英语阅读大赛省二等奖。参与国家自然科学基金2项,参与北京市自然科学基金1项。发表SCI收录论文8篇。

翟乃亮,主任医师,硕士研究生导师。主要研究方向为肺癌疾病相关基础研究。山东省医学会呼吸分会委员,山东省医学会重症感染多学科联合委员会委员,山东省医师协会呼吸介入医师分会委员。主持参与省厅级课题4项、滨州医学院科技计划2项,获滨州市科技进步一等奖1项(首位)、三等奖1项,参编专著2部,获国家实用专利3项,近5年发表论文20余篇,其中SCI 5篇。

潘磊,中共党员,医学博士、博士后,主任医师,硕士研究生导师。主要研究方向是呼吸慢病的防治与康复、睡眠呼吸障碍、肠道菌群与呼吸疾病相关研究等领域。主持省部级、厅级等课题5项,获滨州市科技进步一等奖2项。担任山东省研究生教育课程思政示范课程《循证医学》负责人,担任山东省康复医学会呼吸康复专委会、山东省医师协会老年慢病防治专委会等。发表30篇被SCI收录,总IF70余分。

二、主要研究领域

1. 研究领域:间质肺疾病

依托全国PCCM和间质性肺疾病规范诊疗中心建设优秀单位,以肺间质疾病尤其是特发性肺纤维化的临床诊断治疗、分子机制及其药物开发为重点研究方向,构建了基于非编码RNAnon-coding RNA, ncRNA)调控肺纤维化发生的研究体系,解析了肺组织损伤修复的细胞分子机制,建立肺组织疾病状态下的风险评估和预警指标的可视化诊断技术, 筛选鉴定肺纤维化的诊断标志物,研发了基于 ncRNA 的靶向肺泡上皮细胞/成纤维细胞的纳米自组装基因药物。

2. 研究领域:脓毒症-ARDS

依托山东省临床重点专科(呼吸内科)、山东省精品特色专科(重症肺炎)利用分子生物学和大数据探寻早期预警脓毒症继发多脏器功能衰竭的分子标记物,解析脓毒症-ARDS致肺微血管内皮屏障功能损伤的分子机制及治疗药物,探究MSC治疗ARDS的分子调控机制。多学科交叉探讨生命支持技术(连续性血液净化技术和体外膜氧合技术)在重症、危重症患者中使用,结合发病机理和病理特征,制定清晰实用的流程、适应症、注意事项、调整策略、撤用时机等。

3. 研究领域:睡眠障碍性疾病

以山东省泰山学者设岗学科为依托,开展睡眠与呼吸相关疾病患者的呼吸生理监测及遗传学研究,睡眠作用于记忆及认知能力的机制研究、失眠药物及健康睡眠产品研发和睡眠管理软件的研发,已开发冬枣仁为主要的睡眠系列产品,建立睡眠呼吸障碍患者无创呼吸机远程家庭诊疗体系,研发绘睡E手环、自适应枕桥、正负压呼吸机等设备。
